Effective date: October 6, 2026
Operator: Equanimity Labs (OPC) Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("HavenGG", "we", "us")
These Terms govern your access to and use of the HavenGG website, applications, games, engine and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, generating a game, publishing content or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts are for adults only; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it. Some games are rated 18+ (mature) and are gated so they cannot be played by users we have not verified as 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, contact us at the address in section 21.
You may generate a game without signing in, but a signed-in account is required to generate at scale, keep drafts, buy credits and be credited as an author. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts created with an email address and password must verify that email address before you can generate games, edit games, post or comment; unverified accounts may browse and play. Accounts created through a third-party sign-in provider are treated as verified. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Usernames are unique and must not impersonate others or infringe trade marks.
HavenGG turns a text prompt into a playable open-world game. Our systems use third-party artificial-intelligence models to write the game configuration (world, chapters, quests and dialogue), compile it with our engine, optionally voice the dialogue with AI audio, and publish it so you and others can play it on the web and on mobile. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the games you create. By publishing a game or posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (solely as needed to compile, render and display it), display, distribute and promote that content in order to operate, provide and showcase the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law and except for content that others have already shared. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. Drafts you do not publish are visible only to you.
Generated games, text and audio are produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unexpected, and may resemble other works. In line with Rule 3(3) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, we label synthetically generated information: every game is displayed with an "AI Generated" label, and our systems attach traceable metadata identifying the content as AI-generated. You are responsible for reviewing and, if necessary, editing any game before you publish it. You must not present AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would mislead.
Credits are a prepaid balance denominated in US dollars and are used to pay for generation. Every signed-in user receives a free allowance each month (currently US$0.50), which does not roll over. Each game generation, edit and audio generation is charged against your balance and is itemised in your transaction history on the Credits page. Current rates are shown on the Pricing page. Credits have no cash value, are not a security or deposit, and are non-transferable except as we expressly permit.
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that acts as the merchant of record for those transactions and is responsible for charging, applicable taxes, invoicing and related compliance. We may also offer an alternative online payment method, and for customers in India we may accept direct UPI payment arranged by email. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details; we store only the order identifier, the amount and related metadata so your balance and transaction history are accurate. We identify our payment processors only where required by law or at the point of checkout.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the payment processor. We may change prices and the free allowance at any time; changes apply to future charges and not to credits you have already purchased. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory right you may have. Refund requests should be sent to the address in section 21; the applicable processor's refund rules also apply.
We also offer HavenGG Plus, a monthly subscription (currently US$10 per month) that removes creator ads on the games you view and shows a star next to your username on your posts. HavenGG Plus is separate from credits: it grants no credits, and buying credits does not grant HavenGG Plus. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal ("Manage billing" on the Credits page); on cancellation you keep HavenGG Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. Subscription charges are itemised in your account.
You must comply with our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not submit, generate or share content that: contains hate speech or harassment based on caste, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability or any protected category; contains sexual content involving minors; is non-gaming commercial spam or advertising; is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes any third party's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; contains malware; or attempts to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service. You must not use the Service to break any applicable law, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.
Text you submit (game prompts and edits, authored game content, community posts, and comments) is checked by an automated classifier against our rules, and may also be reviewed manually. We may remove, unpublish or block content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities. Moderation decisions are logged for safety, review and appeals. You may appeal a decision using the process in our Grievance Redressal page.
The HavenGG engine, platform and software, and our name, logos and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell or create derivative works of the engine or platform code, or use our branding, without our prior written consent.
You may add a link (for example to a social profile) to your profile, and an advertising link and caption to your games. You are solely responsible for the destinations you link to. Links must be lawful and must not be deceptive, misleading, malicious or infringe third-party rights. We may remove any link at any time.
We do not use your private content to train AI models without your separate, explicit consent. To deliver the Service we send your prompts and content to third-party AI providers on our instructions. These providers have their own terms and data-handling policies, which we do not control; you should not include sensitive personal data in prompts.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example payment, email, cloud hosting, AI generation, voice synthesis and sign-in). Your use of those features may be subject to the provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for the current list of providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your account from Settings. On deletion, your games are delinked from your account and kept — they remain available under "Community" — while your profile, community posts, comments, sessions and credit ledger are removed, and a record of the deletion is archived for legal and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to section 21, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or a notice on the Service). Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
